We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We will correct any defects in our deliverables at no additional cost during the warranty period.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. In case of termination:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
