Netofficials is an India-based software development company that builds products for clients in the US, UK and Australia. That means the engineers, designers and DevOps engineers here work on real production systems, not internal tools or throwaway prototypes. Day-to-day work involves code review, full product lifecycle ownership and direct communication with senior engineers and team leads.
The team operates with flexible hours and a fixed core window of 10 am, 5 pm IST, so collaboration with international clients is structured rather than ad hoc. Performance reviews run every six months. Each team member has access to a learning budget covering books, courses and conferences, modern hardware and licensed software including Figma and the AWS and Kubernetes tooling used in production.
The interview process is four steps: application review, a technical screening call, a take-home technical assessment, and a final interview with a senior engineer and team lead. Decisions are made promptly after the final stage. Learn more about how the Netofficials team is organised and how projects move from discovery to deployment.
