Where is Netofficials based and who will actually work on my project?

Netofficials is a software development company based in India, working with clients in the US, UK, Australia and other international markets. Your project is handled by an in-house team that includes developers, designers, QA engineers and a dedicated project manager. We do not subcontract your work to third parties. The specific team composition depends on the scope, technology stack and delivery timeline of your project. You can learn more on our About page.

What types of clients and projects does Netofficials work with?

Netofficials works with funded startups, growth-stage product companies and established enterprises across sectors including fintech, healthtech, logistics, SaaS and e-commerce. Projects range from early-stage MVP builds and proofs of concept to multi-year product development engagements and legacy modernisation programmes. If you are unsure whether your project fits, the fastest way to find out is to tell us about it directly.

Is Netofficials suitable for a startup with a limited budget as well as a large enterprise?

Yes. Netofficials structures engagements differently depending on where a client sits in its growth cycle. Startups typically begin with a fixed-scope MVP or proof of concept to validate an idea before committing to a larger build. Enterprises usually work under a dedicated team or team-extension model that scales with programme demand. The right structure depends on your budget, timeline, internal technical capacity and the complexity of the product you are building. See fixed-scope, dedicated team and team-extension engagement models for a full comparison.

What development process does Netofficials follow?

Netofficials follows an Agile delivery process built around two-week Scrum sprints. Each engagement begins with a discovery phase to define requirements, architecture and acceptance criteria before any code is written. Work is then delivered in sprints, with a review and retrospective at the end of each cycle. This gives you visibility into progress, an early opportunity to reprioritise, and a working software increment at the end of every sprint. Read a full walkthrough of how our discovery and delivery process works.

What happens if my requirements change after the project has started?

Scope changes are handled through a formal change-request process so that cost and timeline implications are visible before any new work begins. Under a dedicated team model, new requirements are simply added to the backlog and prioritised in the next sprint planning session without a separate change order. Under a fixed-price contract, changes that affect the agreed scope are assessed, priced and approved in writing before implementation. Either way, nothing is built without your explicit sign-off on the revised scope.

What does it cost to build software with Netofficials?

Cost depends on the number of user roles, third-party integrations, compliance requirements, the complexity of the data model and the technology stack chosen. A simple internal tool costs significantly less than a multi-tenant SaaS platform with payment processing and regulatory reporting. Netofficials offers both fixed-price contracts for well-defined scopes and time-and-materials or monthly team rates for ongoing or evolving work. The clearest way to get an accurate estimate is to share your requirements through the contact page so we can scope the work properly.

Are there hidden fees beyond the quoted rate?

No. The rate or fixed price agreed in your contract covers the development work described in the scope of work. Third-party costs such as cloud hosting, software licences, payment gateway fees and domain registration are your direct costs and are identified explicitly during the discovery phase so there are no surprises. Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and requires written approval before it proceeds. Review the fixed-scope, dedicated team and team-extension engagement models for a breakdown of what each model includes.

Who owns the code and intellectual property once the project is delivered?

You own all code, architecture, design assets and documentation produced for your project. Ownership transfers to you on delivery and final payment, as stated in the contract. Netofficials retains no licence to reuse, resell or repurpose your codebase. If the project uses open-source components, those components remain subject to their respective licences, which are disclosed to you during the technology selection process. There are no ambiguities about IP ownership in the agreements we sign.

Will Netofficials sign an NDA and how is our data protected?

Yes. Netofficials signs a mutual NDA before any confidential information is shared, including during the scoping and discovery phase. Data security practices include access controls limited to team members assigned to your project, encrypted communication channels, and secure credential management. For projects that process personal data subject to GDPR or equivalent regulations, data handling obligations are addressed explicitly in the project agreement. If you have specific compliance requirements, raise them at the outset so they can be built into the architecture from the start.
