1. Netofficials Privacy Policy: How Your Personal Data Is Collected, Used, and Protected

The Netofficials privacy policy explains how Netofficials, an India-based software development company serving international clients, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data submitted through its website and services. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and existing clients across the US, UK, and Australia.

Three categories of personal data are covered: contact details you submit through enquiry or project forms; usage data collected automatically when you browse the site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited; and data stored via cookies or browser local storage. Each category is collected for a specific, documented purpose and is not used beyond that purpose — a principle known as purpose limitation.

Netofficials relies on three lawful bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018: consent (for cookies and marketing communications), contractual necessity (for delivering agreed services), and legitimate interests (for basic site analytics and security monitoring). Data minimisation and storage limitation principles apply throughout: only data that is necessary is collected, and it is not kept longer than the purpose requires.

To ask a question about how your data is handled or to exercise your rights as a data subject, contact Netofficials to exercise your data rights or ask a privacy question. For background on how the company is structured, learn more about how Netofficials is organised.
